How to hide sub navigation bar while scrolling down

Hello Webflow . . .
I have two navigation bars (Navbar1 and navbar2) one below other. i am not able to hide navbar2 while scrolling down through entire page and make it visible when scrolling up. Please help in achieving this.
Note:- my navbar1 is fixed navigation bar.
