Help with 2 Nav Bars (Slide In Nav covering section)

I have 2 nav bars in my design.

One appears after you scroll down past the hero (class=‘main’) section.

If you select an element from the hero section nav (“Our Services” for example) the page scrolls down, then the 2nd Slide In Nav appears but is covering up the selected section.

Can’t figure out how to fix this. Any have ideas? Thanks in advance.
