how to get rid of the <no-reply@webforms.io> Would like to have a custom no reply address in the FORMS without webflow branding. the branding buttons are turned off as far as I know.

You can only change the subject line - there is no way (that I am aware of) to change the email itself

As Julian says, there is no support for that in Webflow’s form submission emails.
You can switch to another provider like Basin or FormSpark.
Or you can roll your own notification system using Make + MailJet.
