On my checkout page, I have an email field underneath “Customer Info”. I would like to
- add a phone number field to this section
- collect the email they provide
Does anyone know how to do this, or a workaround?

Webflow’s checkout page functionality includes standard fields for collecting customer information. While custom fields cannot be added directly to the checkout page, you can collect additional information through:
- Custom order fields in your Ecommerce settings
- Pre-built fields like phone numbers and special instructions
- Form blocks placed on product pages or cart pages before checkout
For phone and email collection specifically, these are standard fields already included in the checkout process and can be managed through your Ecommerce settings panel.
