We have a lot of unused items in CMS which we need to delete. There could be unused CMS collections also. We checked in the CMS section of the editor however not able to find a way to know if a certain CMS item is being used, referred to or not. How can I find and remove unused CMS items?
Webflow won’t let you delete a referenced item. You could possible back up your site and just try deleting all of the CMS items in a collection where unreferenced = unwanted.
Otherwise your primary option is export everything as CSV, and write some programs to sort out the wanted and unwanted items, and then delete accordingly.
