How to create a multilingual Webflow site

Hey folks as a Webflow Enterprise Partner (minimum.run), we have been faced with clients who say “no” because of the multilingual.

That’s why we have created a tool for the Webflow community, that allows creators to translate their projects into multiple languages.

https://polyflow.co

(the product works, we already have customers and +100 free users)

We already know about Webflow multilingual release for next year, and our tool will add more features, value, and superpowers to those translations.

(e.g you can use Webflow native forms, or you can use Typeform because it adapts to your needs).

You can see a product demo here

Let me know if you need help :slight_smile:

Impressive demo vid, I like how you’ve integrated it into the designer.
I’m not currently doing any multilingual sites, but will definitely give this a deep look on the next one.

A few questions;

  • Language folders makes sense, but some clients prefer a subdomain approach. Does Polyflow support both?
  • Does Polyflow require a reverse proxy setup? Or are you creating & maintaining the localized static pages physically in the Webflow project?
  • For CMS content, does Custom URLs mean that you can have localized item slugs? e.g. /de/blog/guten-tag. Also, is CMS page content nested beneath the language dir?
  • Does polyflow handle the hreflang links in both directions, between the base language and the variants?
  • Do you have any demo sites that show polyflow in action, on a standard Webflow hosting setup?

I know that some users here have complain about Weglot’s inability to add hreflang links into the base language pages, which complicates Google indexing. In the past my solutions to this have always had to be script-based.

@Minimum Hello, I tried your application and I would even be ready to take a paid package except that I am not able to sync my website. It returns an error and I am not able to get any support response. Can you help me?
