Is there another post or video that will explain how to change the styling of nav items as you scroll down the page? You see this a lot with single page websites with nav/anchor links.

Add a link to a section of your page to one of the item.
Scroll to this section in the designer while this menu item is selected, look at where the class name (selector) for this object is. when you reach the section, the class name has an added “Current” class with a lightning symbol.
Style the item while the Current class is on.
There you go.
