How to have a link in the nav menu go to a specific section of the main website.

So first select the section. Go to the settings. And give the section a name.

Then, go to the link. Go to the settings, select the property for in page linking. And then select the sections name on the drop down in the link settings.

First you have to give each section a unique ID in the element settings panel.
