Where to add the custom code for integrating kommunicate live chat plugin?

Note: I am from kommunicate and looking for instructions for our customers to integrate kommunicate live chat.
I never use this plugin - anyway:
- copy the code from the software
- Paste above
</head> tag in every page
-per page-
-or-entire site-
Not both (choise).
That’s it. Publish the site and this should work (only on the live site (not in editor/designer mode))
