How to add an icon to a list

Good morning, can someone tell me how to add an icon to a list. It seem I can only do dots, squares and numbers. I have seen templates that use the list and are able to add an icon before any text.

Open this and go to the recipes down below. You’ll see that Vincent uses background-images instead of bullets. All you need to do after that is add the padding
