Hello, is it possible to upload a slider in the rich text box to act as a slideshow for pictures in a blog post just like in the image below

This is not currently supported with Webflow elements. You will need resort to custom code which can be inserted into a rich text field or you can use custom code to insert content from the same or another page into an element inside your RTF.
