How Do I Make My Footer Fully Responsive?

I’d like to style my footer so that it’s fully responsive on tablets and in mobile landscape viewports.

Currently it’s only properly aligned on mobile in portrait mode and on desktop.

Please help, thank you!

Switch the footer link wrap from horizontal to vertical
