How can we upload file to website, so that viewer can download it. Using dropbox etc, is not an option.
This may be helpful. Why can you not use Dropbox though?

As @Waldo_Broodryk has referred, this is a wish list item right now.
We plan to have file storage in future versions of the Asset Manager http://help.webflow.com/general/designer-user-interface#asset-manager-tab. Cheers,
