I want to filter like in the website in the read only link above at the very beginning and also the next link can givce you access:

I just built this exact kind of filter on a client project.
The underlying filter libraries are Finsweet CMS Filter + CMS Load, however the complication is the cascading nature of the filters, i.e. choose Make and reset Models.

That part has to be built using custom code.
