How can I add up/down button to increase quantity of items in cart?

Hi community!!

I would like to add up/down arrows inside the box where it says the quantity of items in my cart. At the moment you have to manually type in the amount but i’d like for it to be the same as in the second photo below (on my product template which came automatically with the add to cart button).
