Can buttons be used to change the 'Add to Cart' quantity?

Hello Webflow folks.

I’ve designed a product page where I’ve created a + and - button next to the quantity. I’d like the user to be able to click these and change the quantity being ordered — rather than rely on the Stepper component (Which will only be enabled on Mobile).

Any ideas on how I enable this interaction via Jquery or Javascript and will doing so change the result in the cart? I can’t see a relevant API query for such an action, so hoping the change to the number on the page is enough.
