How are people approaching AI-powered search or “answer experiences” on Webflow sites?

I’m curious how others here are thinking about search and content discovery on Webflow sites as AI becomes more common.

On content-heavy sites (docs, help centers, resources, long-form marketing pages), we’ve seen a recurring pattern where:

  • The answer exists somewhere on the site

  • But users still struggle to find it quickly

  • Traditional keyword search often isn’t enough, especially for natural-language queries

I’m wondering:

  • Are people experimenting with AI-powered search or “answer-style” experiences on Webflow?

  • Are you relying on third-party tools, custom builds, or sticking with classic search?

  • What’s been frustrating or surprisingly effective so far?

Not trying to pitch anything here—genuinely interested in how others are approaching this and what’s actually working (or not). Would love to learn from real implementations.

I’d recommend looking at Algolia as it checks off everything on my list for large clients looking to leverage AI search with their content or products. It can be integrated into Webflow. I have used it elsewhere with success.
