Hover Out - Text Color back to normal based on my Style setting

Hey guys,
I have 2 blocks with one hover interaction…

On Hover In - I am changing the color of the logo to white.

But when I hover out - I would like to apply back the color I chose in styles. Any easy way to how to fix this?

Because currently, I would have to create 2 separate interactions to revert the color back.

Any idea?
Even a custom code solution is welcome.
