Hover Out Animation Lagging

Hey everyone,

I’ve created a portfolio website that has a projects page. This page is CMS based and the cursor switches to each project’s title when hovering over the project’s image:

The issue I’m having is that the hover out animation lags — which means occasionally the cursor will end up being two projects’ titles sitting on top of each other at once.

Is there any way I can make the hover out happen faster? Or ensure this doesn’t happen?

Hello.
You could make the extra interaction key (with in the image) for the hover?
So a div (absolute), on top off the image that’s smaller than the image below.
So there is a little more (hover) space between two pictures.
