Horizontal scroll: how to NOT force users see the end of the horizontal scroll?

Hi there!
I hope someone will be able to help me out with something I was tasked to do.

Our designer created this layout, here in the sceenshot:

This is a section for blog post articles, in which 6 max articles would be displayed via horizontal scroll & user will be able to go to the Blog page if clicking on “Read all news”.

I have found a solution from T. Ricks on this: https://tricks-horizontal-scroll.webflow.io/
However, it also kinda “forces” users to scroll until the end of the collection.

What I’d like to achieve instead is to allow users to scroll vertically, like normal, and be able to pass this section if they don’t want to see that hidden content. And if they’d like to see it, they can scroll to the right and then they’ll be able to see it. Hope this made sense.

Could anyone have a tip on how to achieve that? I’d appreciate any help!
