When I’m working in the editor everything looks alright. I can drag the width all the way from the min size to the largest size and no horizontal scroll bar shows up. But when I load the site in a browser after publishing, I get a horizontal scroll bar at certain widths and a white bar to the right:

I have no idea what this is or how to fix it
