Is the hide/show option removed from webflow interactions?
I see it as the last option in your screenshot. Maybe I’m not understanding your inquiry.
The interactions menu today still has the same options:

I am attaching a screenshot of what I am seeing today.
Is this plan-dependent? I am currently on a Basic Site Plan.
I have zoomed the browser out just to rule out zoom issues.
Update: Tried out in incognito mode as well!
Try targeting a DIV with your interaction, it’s possible the animation options are element-type-specific. Other than that, see if you can scroll down with the mousewheel.
I don’t use interactions often enough to guide you further than that .
Targeting DIV, section, etc shows same set of options
UPDATE:
Apparently, Hide/Show option is visible only in “scroll into view” and not “while scrolling in view”
