Hide one page of website

Looking to learn how to publish a website EXCEPT for one page. I want to keep the page as I’ve already designed it but I don’t want it to appear.

I’ve found earlier answers about robots.txt rule but I don’t understand. Can anyone spell this solution out for me please?

Also found that people have been asking for an option to not publish specific pages on their website for the past 8 years. This seems like such a basic ask, I don’t understand how Webflow hasn’t made it possible. Have I missed something?

Here is my site Read-Only: LINK
(how to share your site Read-Only link)

A page that is set to draft won’t be publicly assessable.

There is a page in the Webflow University that I recommend you review if you haven’t.
It should help you resolve your issue.

Thank you so much for this! So basically all I need to do is switch to save as draft as in the screenshot and the page won’t be accessible and won’t show up in direct search results?

It won’t show up in any search results. A drafted page does not exist on the web at all, unless you un-draft and publish it someday.

This is great, thanks!

Is there a way to hide the page without it being in draft? For instance, maybe I want to link the page in a text but not have that page showing in the navigation. Thank you

It depends on what you are trying to do. If you simply don’t want it in the navigation, they you simply avoid putting it in the navigation ;)

However if you’re trying to hide it from search engine results but make it accessible to users, and it is a static page, go to the page settings and exclude it from the sitemap.xml. That will effectively hide it from search engine indexing, even if you link to it from your other pages.
