Help with Scrolling To Rich Text Box After Link Box Click

I’m having a major issue with scrolling to a particular rich text element with my Neighborhoods page.

Essentially, I need to display the specific rich text element that coordinates with the link block click action The link block lives inside of a fixed sidebar on the left hand side of the page.

I’ve tried pointing the link block to the particular section I need to show and have also tried adding custom jQuery and using data-target attributes with no luck.

I’ve looked at so many videos and forum posts but can’t seem to find the answer I’m looking for. It seems like I’ve tried everything under the sun and still can’t seem to get the page to work correctly.

It is hard to know where is “the link” and where is the “rich text box”.

You try to use #ancors? And some trick like this (if you need some delay):
