Help with a new Portfolio Effect

I`ve just finished my civil work and redesign my graphic-design portfolio on webflow.
I have a new concept in mind and need some help to achieve it. My Webflow experience is beginner/intermediate

  • how to create a text-moving element when scrolling. it should first be sticky and then be moved away when a new project is created.

I’m not sure, but it seems to me that vector graphics can be used here (like bubba wallace images). You can easily manipulate vector graphics using vector editing software like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Inkscape. Elements such as colors, shapes, and lines can be adjusted, modified, or rearranged with precision, offering unparalleled creative control.
