Text Changing when scrolling

Hey guys, I wanted to create a text effect as shown. Would be cool if some one could help!! Skype_Video (online-video-cutter.com)

In this design different text are changing while we scroll but page move down after text end.

when you scroll this Home page different question are changing. Please Help!

I also want this feature) This is great when working with a lot of text because I write Studymoose review and other reviews at the link and I know how difficult it is to work with text when its formatting takes a crazy amount of time - from writing to working with texts. Thank you for sharing this with everyone and people can do more.
