How to create this in Webflow?

Hello all
I’m still rather new with Webflow (and web development in general), however, I’m hoping someone with more experience can help me figure out how to achieve this effect as shown below.

Motion Example

So the main concept is as users scroll or click the projects rotate back and forth depending on the input.
I’m just trying to figure out how I can create this.

This could be a Slider with IX and some slider specific IX triggers. I made somethign approaching a while ago using IX Legacy, that’s doable with IX2 f course.

I’ve added the slider and sized appropriately, however, im struggling to make it so when I scroll the slides will move between one another.
