I have a problem to get any support from Webflow team, but I’m with Webflow from 2018.
Today i’m unable to send any message through webflow’s website support form. Supporting by Email doesn’t working too.
any help from support?
Hey Alexander I’m not sure what to tell you- support doesn’t check here.
I don’t know what the error message reads, but-
- I’d try a different support path ( choose different options ) to see if that helps
- If it’s your email or account being blocked you might try creating a new account on a new email at e.g. @gmail.com
I have the exact problem! And all the email address I have tried don’t work
