Email blocked from Webflow Support?

Yesterday I submitted a support ticket with Webflow. About 20 minutes later I got a response from one of their support agents asking me a question. I responded to the question then I get an error telling me my email had been blocked by Webflow support. Has this happened to anyone else?

Is this a Webflow problem or Google problem?

I have not. What were the technical details they provided?

I have also recieved this same error .

I emailed from a different email address and it went through. Must be something from my account?
