Yes I see. Your menu open by sliding from the left. Maybe you’ve overcomplicated this menu opening. Dropdown menus are already not very recommended for mobiles, and you’ve added 2 complications: the opening of the menu, and a double menu, the one that scroll and the one that fade.
My advice is to rework the design for mobile, keeping only one, basic, menu bar that sticks to the top from the beginning, nd see from there if it works. Then if you want to style it further, test is carefully after each change so you know what breaks and what doesn’t.
