Help! Elements, text etc just not doing what they should (In my mind)

I’ve been seriously struggling with a website I’m doing for a friend.

I can’t get things to just stay in place and it’s driving me crazy, it can be with images, text, anything, relative positioning and margin movements look good at first, but as soon as you change device size it just has a mind of it’s own. Why?

Yes that’s right! How did you do that? And we need another image to the empty box on the right.

I Just Align Image 5 to the end. but if you want to make a professional responsive website you need to set the different setting for different devices

I tried using the “Align” settings but it still moves. Can you show a screenshot of what you did please? Thank you.
