Having multiple rows always fit to browser height

Hello guys.

I need help!!!

I want to have the left rows always fitting the browser height. If you change browser resolution you can always have the rows filling the left column.

Can you please tell me which steps do I need to do!?

I would use FlexBox or 100% Height.
