Grid Appearance Issues, PLEASE HELP!

Hi! Im just trying to follow a tutorial and I went to make a grid, but for some reason the boxes all come out miniscule and I can’t figure out how to fix it. It looks like this down below, please help!

Thanks for the response but think I figured it out. must have clicked something that messed everything up and someone clicked the same thing again without realising and it fixed it
