They’re called sitelinks and they’re engineered in a way that you’re not supposed to have any control over them. however, you can still make everything in your power to make google robots understand your site the right way.

All those readings will teach you good practice for SEO anyway so it’s not in vain, even if it has no effect in the end. Because in the end, it can have no effect at all…
