Can google cse search all my CMS items in collection page templates?

You do not have any links to that page from your home page or menu. So, Google doesn’t see that and index your other pages.

Do you mean the Google CSE only search the static pages already exist,
but won’t search the collection page templates page made by CMS.

The results would be exactly as if you searched via https://google.com, just that they only show links from your domain.

There are many ways to get your content indexed. The easiest one is to have a sitemap of links to all your dynamic items. Next you can use Google Webmaster Tools to submit a list of your site URLs. Do read the CSE documentation.
