Google Ads picking up links that don't exist

Hello! Our website is www.handspringhealth.com. I’m running ads on Google, and google is showing sitelinks that don’t exist. It looks like remnants from the template I used. See the screenshot below. Any help would be appreciated!

Google uses AI to generate sitelinks and displays them when it believes users would benefit. As such, there is no action for you to take that would change that. Once recrawled and reindexed they may go away or get updated.
