Forms - need to change the recipient based on CMS field

Hi there

My client has several franchise locations.
Each location has a page based on a CMS record.

I want to put a form on that page, which would send an email to the email address listed on that current CMS record.

I think this cannot be done natively, so does anyone have a good recommendation for a service that will capture the webflow form data, email it to someone and then redirect back to webflow without taking the user elsewhere?

Yeah, you can use Zapier to capture a hidden form field set in Custom Code, and have the value (email) populated from the CMS.
