Concerning your post forms and GDPR we got a great step forward, but I fear this is still not 100% GDPR. As there is no more chance to comment there, I post it here in a new Topic.
Email notifications about new form submissions are supposed to be not encrypted, as this regularly would need SMTP.
Please, @callmevlad can you consider this also, and integrate the possibility to activate mail accounts for SMTP sending?
