Form submission not capturing emails correctly?

Hey everyone. hope someone can help with this issue.

i’ve been having people submit to my website to work with my agency but when they do it doesn’t always show their email so then i can’t actually reply and connect with them.

not sure why this is broken but thought you guys would be able to help!

Use unique ID’s for each field. That is a must in HTML. Then test your form to see if that resolves the issue.
