The select fields at the bottom of this form are required http://mighty-rachel.webflow.io/get-demo, however, the value is not being passed back to webflow. Instead of seeing what option users selected, I see the value as “description” and “How did you hear about us”. I’m not sure what’s wrong. Please help.

I would recommend removing your empty field choice as that passes nothing through but also is set as the default choice so that’s why it’s passing through blank information most likely.

That’s because the value is set that way. Make both text and value the same, for each option in each dropdown.
