Form not showing the senders name or email

I have launched a site… and it… Then I looked at the emails I am getting and found that the Name and email of the person isn’t coming through on the Reply to field…

Where did I go wrong?

what is real strange is all my other sites are returning that information

Check the names of the fields in your form. Do they match the form data labels?

Arrrrrg… no they weren’t… one had Name 2 and Email 2… the other had name and email. I would assume it is case sensitive… so I updated both.
