Form data not being received on email but can see in webflow hosting

Hi Webflow,

My form data has been receiving fine for months, now it’s not receiving in webmail but I can see submissions have been received on the webflow side. Emails are being missed.
Set up hasnt been changed so im not sure why it has cut out now?

Happy to help resolve this for you. Can you DM me the email address you have set to receive email notifications?

I can white list that email on our end to ensure emails aren’t being blocked over here.

Can you also please try whitelisting the email address: no-reply@webforms.io on the email accounts where you’re not receiving the form submission emails & then perform a test again (using a placeholder email address of test@test.com, something other than your own email address)?
