Form Button Not Working on Arabic page

Hi, i have an issue with a form button - its not responding and not submitting. Tried everything but does not work. My two page site is multilingual so english form works just fine, and arabic for some reason does not at all, there is no reaction when pressing the “Submit button”. hi @navidon9 there is msg when you click on btn. I do not know why this doesn’t showing to you

EDIT: when you set on input text fields required it start to work as expected.
