I have a bright yellow footer. I want it to be at the bottom relative to the content. I can’t see it at all. What am I doing wrong here?

Okay, I have something in the footer but now it’s not staying where it needs to be. In the preview, it looks great. But in the published version, it’s a mess.

Preview share link is wrong. Nobody can access that. Use the share tool in the project dashboard.
I posted a photo of what the preview looked like in real time. Below is the preview share link. I would like the footer not to be visible at all upon opening and you have to scroll down to see it.
