Fixed BG images are not working as expected on touch/mobile devices

Hi @cyberdave,

Just touching base if a fix had been thought of for fixed BG images not working as expected on touch enabled screens - Fixed BG images are not working on touch enabled desktop/laptops

A client contacted me with this issue which I noticed in the inspector when viewing the site on a mobile phone:

Fixed BGs do not work on mobile devices.

The workaround is to place a fixed div with a BG behind your content.
