Filter option not visible in element setting

Hello,

I am trying to filter a collection list of categories and I do not see the option to do so. Is this a feature that is only included at higher levels of payment?

I see conditional visibility options, but I do not see an option to filter category items. Help? Here’s a print screen of what I am looking at. https://apostolicfaithchurch.app.box.com/file/571323800301
