Fields are not available in custom code editor

I expect to hit the “Add Field” button to the top right of the custom code editor and to be presented with all the fields from the CMS item, even the built-in Body. My CMS Collection page of Podcast only gives me a few. These look like built-in fields and no custom ones. I want all the fields.
