I set up a Facebook comment feed on video pages for our website, I went to add the moderation code and my username for Facebook in the code and nothing worked. I followed the Facebook Documentation exactly and it still doesn’t work. Is there something I’m doing wrong?
Since it’s script-based, the comments will only work in the published page. I attempted to located your published page, but it’s password-protected.
Make certain you’ve done whatever domain verification steps are needed. If you’re trying to test this on your webflow.io site, you’ll need to verify that domain as well.
Beyond that my guess would be that the password protection could block domain verification, or some aspect of the widget functionality itself, such as the excerpting process when someone tries to add a comment.
