Error: "could not update page"

Hello, I am trying to save some custom code but get “Could not update Page” error.
The website has a basic plan… it only started to do this today, am I doing something wrong ?
Why would webflow say “Could not update pae”, what does it means ?

Hi there,

The “Could not update Page” error typically occurs when trying to use features that aren’t available on your current plan. Custom code features require either a Core, Growth, Agency, or Freelancer Workspace plan, or an active Site plan.

To resolve this:

  1. Check your current plan in your Workspace settings
  2. Verify that your site has the necessary plan level
  3. If you have the correct plan and still see this error, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page
