I signed up to a starter plan, soon realised I couldn’t use Embed code so upgraded my site to the CMS plan. The ‘Embed’ element is still greyed out and I can’t add it to my site.
I’ve contacted webflow support in case it’s a slow change over, but does anyone have any ideas in the meantime?
I’m having the same issue! I tried upgraded to business but no luck, the embed feature is still block.

Turns out that this only happens when using the element search filter. But if you simply scroll down the elements area instead, it’s not greyed out. Seems like a webflow bug which their support are aware of.
